The heart of Extreme Toys lies within Jim Powers, who customizes many of the trucks himself. As a former truck driver, he creates the special detailing that make toy trucks exciting and worthy of being collector's pieces. How to order

  • Mail - you may mail your order with your check or money order in US funds to the address shown above.
  • Order online! We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover and Paypal.
  • Gift Certificates are available online.
  • Please note when you place an order with Extreme Toys LLC we contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your card has not been lost or stolen and has a valid number. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of purchase. This is not a charge but a "hold". Some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. This is a widely accepted measure of security to help prevent credit card fraud and a mandate by Visa and Mastercard.

      Extreme Toys LLC respects your privacy. We hate SPAM as much as you do! We do not sell, loan or transfer any potential information regarding our customers to any third parties. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and confidence. Information collected on our web site is collected and used by Extreme Toys LLC only. You will never receive anything other than valuable, money saving coupons and updates on our products.



        Backorder & Pre-Order Information
        We make every effort to reduce backorder items to a minimum. In the rare event that your order includes a backordered item we will notify you via email and give you the option of shipping the balance of the order ahead and the backordered item later or cancelling the backordered item. NO additional shipping fees will be charged. For Pre-Order items nothing will be charged to your card until the item in in and set to ship. We will email you an order confirmation and email you again when the item has arrived in and the order is being processed. If your credit card is declined when the truck is in and there is limited availability for that item, we will contact you and payment needs to be made within 5 business days or the item may be released for sale.

        Shipping Notes
        We ship UPS or USPS, and need a street address. Shipping charges quoted are for US addresses within the contiguous 48 states only.

        For Military APO/FPO Addresses orders must be placed by December 3rd for Christmas delivery.

        INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
        We will send you an email with a shipping charge quotation to approve before your order is processed. We ship all Canadian orders through either UPS or USPS. You may advise if you have a preference. All other International orders are shipped through the USPS. All prices are in USD. Custom charges or duties may be added by your country (check with your officals for more information). For security purposes we authenticate all credit cards from foreign countries. This includes verifying the originating country (by IP address), the issuing bank country and the cardholder's name and sddress. All attempted fraud is reported to the proper authorities.

        SHIPPING SCHEDULE
        All orders processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. In the rare occassion that an item is backordered we will email you.   Regular shipping for items is via UPS ground (transit time is 1 to 10 days, depending on your location). If you pay to upgrade your shipping service to UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day or Overnight please note that DOES NOT affect the processing time for the order. Many of our trucks are custom and orders take approximately 2-3 business days to fulfill. An order overnighted on a Friday will be delivered on Monday not Saturday.

        RETURNS
        Return Policy: We offer a 10 day "Satisfaction Guarantee". If you would like to return your purchase for any reason , you must email us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item(s) can be returned for full credit (less shipping costs). Any coupons that were applied to the order will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns will not be accepted after this time. The item(s) to be returned or exchanged have to be in MINT condition in the original box, unmarked and damage free. A 15% restocking charge may apply to special order items or items returned after the above time frame. To obtain return authorization please EMAIL us at extremetoysllc@yahoo.com. These items are to be returned at the Buyers expense to the following address:

        Extreme Toys LLC, 31 Stonefield Road, Glen Rock, NJ 07452. We highly suggest insuring return items as any damage that occurs during return transit is the buyer's responsibility. Please be sure to include the last 5 digits of your order number. Once it has arrived we will email you confirmation of arrival and at that time issue the appropriate credit. Credits will be applied to the credit card used to place the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable on deliveries not accepted by the customer. Any order that appears to have been damaged in shipping should be reported to the Extreme Toys LLC, VIA EMAIL, within 48 hours of receipt to be claimed. Please keep all packaging materials as UPS may need to do a follow-up visit before we can issue a claim for refund. If the item appears to be a manufacturing defect, please keep the item in its original box. We will issue a return slip in these cases for the items to be returned to us at no cost to the customer.
